Childhood Home

Just like the title suggests - this is my childhood home! My Dad was interested in selling, so Mike and I remodeled it and then sold it. It was bittersweet to see it go after almost 30 years in my family, but we’re so happy for the new couple to call it home! Check out these blog posts to learn more about the remodel.

 The Tanglewood House

This brick ranch is located in a neighborhood called Tanglewood - thus the name! Mike says this house is his favorite in terms of design. I did make it a little more transitional with the matte black hardware and pops of gray and wood. We ended up selling it to our countertop installer! He came to install the countertops and saw the house when it was mostly finished. He put an offer on it an hour after it went on the market and the rest is history! Photos by The Home Aesthetic.

The Engagement House

We lovingly refer to this house as the Engagement House because we got engaged two weeks after we bought it, and we sold it two weeks before we got married. This was our biggest project to date. It was nearly 4,000 square feet and we remodeled every inch of it. To see the journey in between, check out these blog posts where we break down the transformation of each room. The House Next Door

The House Next Door was the first full house remodel that Mike and I took on, and it was literally next door to where we lived at the time (talk about convenient!). To read more about out how we ended up with the house in the first place, the transformation of each room, and selling the house,Β check out these blog posts!
